1.1 By signing up to More Than Sports services you understand that you are agreeing to be responsible for your child/carer attending the session and will not leave your child unattended unless this has been discussed with one of the staff or team members.
1.2 During half term holidays and camps you are agreeing to leave your child under the supervision of the More Than Sport team and staff for the duration of the camp day.
1.1 By signing up to our termly sessions in the event that you do not attend a session, the company is under no obligation to refund you.
1.2 By signing up to our camp, in the event that you would like to withdraw your child from a weekly, daily or half day session. It will incur a withdrawal fee of £10 if done within 24 hours.
1.3 In the event of a medical absence, More Than Sport would require a medical note and if provided you will be liable to a refund.
By signing up to our sessions children are obliged to follow company rules and regulations. Coaches that are leading the sessions will have rules for their particular sessions which children have to adhere to. If coaches deem the behaviour of a child to be unacceptable or unsafe, we are liable to deny your child access to our sessions. In the rare event that this cause of action is taken the company is not liable to refund clients.
1.1 Our sessions will have a ratio of 12:1, 1 coach for every 12 children. In the event that there are more than 12 participants, the group will be supported with an additional coach.
1.2 In every session there will be at least 1 coach who is first aid trained to support any injuries that may occur during sessions.
1.3 Participants must be in sporting attire to prevent injuries and to allow freedom of movement. This includes trainers, shorts, tracksuits, T-shirts and jumpers and jackets in the event of poor weather.
The company has the right to move locations of our sessions based on the weather or venue access. In the event that this would incur, the company will provide clients with 24 hours notice.
In the event that the company has to cancel sessions due to things out of the companies control, we are not liable to refund customers.
1.1 There is a mandatory membership fee that applies when signing up. This is a one off payment of £25.00
1.2 For normal weekly sessions, fees of £40 per calendar month will be paid. Payments will be taken at the beginning of each month. Failure to pay prior to attending a session may result in your child being denied access to our sessions.
1.3 No refunds shall be given for players who have missed sessions.
1.4 More Than Sport academy sessions are at a cost of £58 a month, this will include regular training and fixtures for players.
